Websites, and the systems behind them.

We build the site, and the software it needs to actually do its job — a box office that takes the money, a members' area people use, an admin screen a volunteer can run without ringing us. Hand-coded, by two people you deal with directly.

What we build

Websites

A site that is fast, findable and yours

Five or six pages, written and built properly. No themes, no bloat. Yours to keep, on a domain you own, hosted for pennies.

Stores and box offices

Selling tickets, scores or anything else

A checkout that takes the money and delivers the thing — tickets by email, a watermarked PDF, a physical order — and tells you what sold.

The systems behind them

Members' areas and admin screens

The part most web shops won't touch. A sign-in for your members, and an admin screen so you can change what you need to without asking us.

Most of what we build lands between £2,500 and £8,000. The estimator will tell you where yours sits before you talk to us.

How we work

We think before we build. That sounds obvious. It is also the thing most small web shops skip, which is why so many sites launch late, cost more than the number that was first mentioned, and can't be changed afterwards.

The whole process, including the questions we'll ask you

01

A call

Twenty minutes. We ask questions and quote nothing in the room.

02

A written quote, in days

How long each part takes, priced, with a named page list and what's not included.

03

The build

A weekly update and a preview link you can send to anyone. Two rounds of revisions.

04

Handover

A short walkthrough video, thirty days of snagging, and a care plan if you want one.

From the bandroom

We play in brass bands.

Daniel plays cornet with GUS Band. So if you run a band, we already know how a committee makes decisions, what a contest weekend does to a website update, and that your treasurer is a volunteer with a day job. We build for that.

If you don't run a band — most of our clients won't — the same thing applies. We build for the people who have to live with it.

What will it cost?

Answer six questions and get a realistic price band, worked out the way we actually quote — in days. It takes a minute and you don't have to give us your email.
